To support our long-term ambition, we have launched the Operations 2030 Strategy , a transformative journey designed to build a more scalable, efficient, data-driven and future-ready organisation. This includes rethinking our operating model, accelerating the adoption of AI and automation, strengthening data quality and governance, modernising our technology landscape, and developing the skills needed for the future. As a Business Transformation Manager, you will join the Operations Transformation Office, a small and highly visible team responsible for driving this strategic agenda.

Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions, you will help shape, coordinate and deliver initiatives that will have a lasting impact on the way Operations operates across the Bank. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while gaining broad exposure to senior stakeholders and key transformation priorities.

Whether your background is in consulting, programme management or banking operations, you will play a central role in turning strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes.

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into measurable results. You will:

• Drive the delivery of key initiatives within the Operations 2030 roadmap, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate complex, cross-functional programmes involving Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions.
• Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, steering committees and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor programme progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and value creation to ensure successful delivery.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify, optimise and enhance operational performance.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through high-quality analyses, recommendations and presentations.
• Support the implementation of initiatives related to operating model transformation, digitalisation, data, automation and AI.
• Foster alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix environment.
• Contribute to change management efforts and help drive adoption across impacted teams.

• You may come from a consulting firm, a transformation office, a programme management function or an operational leadership role within financial services.
• Proactive and results-oriented professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Proven experience in business transformation, consulting, project/programme management or business management.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at multiple organisational levels.
• Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, portfolio management and executive-level reporting.
• Considered strong advantages: experience within banking operations or financial services, exposure to operating model transformation programmes, experience in digital transformation, process optimisation, automation, data governance or AI-related initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English and French
