What you'll do
As a Performance & Business Management Analyst, you’ll be using multiple sources of information, such as customer insights, colleague feedback, markets insights and relevant business operational data to provide analysis.
Your responsibilities
will include:
- Financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary
- People planning, including capability, engagement and communications
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business
- Delivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance
- Reviewing relevant MI and providing ad-hoc analysis of data The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with experience in a business management, planning or operational support role. You'll need a strong understanding of Commercial and Institutional (C&I) Operations, how it operates and how it interacts with the wider Chief Operating Office (COO) and C&I businesses. We'll also look to you to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, judgement and business knowledge to develop practical solutions
- Hands-on workforce and financial planning experience, including use of Workday and Adaptive Planning
- The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, anticipate requirements, manage upwards effectively and provide clear, practical advice
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise insight and recommendations Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 24/09/2026 Ways of Working:Remote First
