Act as a single and pivotal point of contact for all communication needs of the business

• managing stakeholders internally and externally in close collaboration the Management team and the global organization
• Develop and implement the communications strategy (internally and externally) including messages, interviews, postings, , change management and tools for Imerys Graphite & Carbon in line with the Group framework.
• Organize, structure and manage communications resources within Imerys Graphite & Carbon and ensure cascading of information to all employees towards all facilities.
• Act as the focal point for managing press and crisis communication for the BA (following the Group’s crisis comms process).
• Develop, coordinate and implement when appropriate effective customer-related communication campaigns in collaboration with Marketing teams
• including trade show and event organisation, advertising, literature, press relations, website management, surveys…
• Advise leaders and leadership team, while adhering to global communications practice standards
• be part of the region decision making process, participating in appropriate leadership forums.
• Advise and supporting other departments (e.g. Sales, Business Development, R&D, Operations, Safety, etc.) on communication activities and campaigns
• Work closely with the Imerys Communication community to ensure coordination and alignment of messages and activities.
• Be accountable for IGC’s Management communication (quarterly leadership calls, communication packs, newsletters, global management forums etc.) Qualification
