Explore your future career 🔭 Join the People team to partner directly with the Operations revenue leaders across our international matrix organization. Reporting to Estelle Dumoux HRD, your mission is to deploy our HR strategy and drive organizational performance. You will play a crucial role in controlling headcount and people budgets, retaining key talent, and successfully scaling the Operations divisions. This role is essential for transforming our organization by helping leaders view the business through a ‘Who’ lens. Partner with Operations leaders and managers to develop and implement HR policies that support the growth of the division. Advise leaders on organizational design, hirings, and people budget management. Act to help managers drive ownership and follow through on team challenges. Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for managers, ensuring alignment with the HRD on strategic or sensitive people topics. Deploy core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, internal mobility, exit interviews) and promote career path frameworks. Ensure day-to-day compliance with local labor laws when handling complex employee relations, and partner with external experts when required. Collaborate in a matrix with Country HR and HR Centers of Excellence (TA, Rewards, People Ops, L&D) to ensure optimal support across all geographies. Analyze employee reports (attrition, compensation, role cards) to guide decision-making and provide proactive, data-driven solutions to the business. Ideally coming from a fast-growing scale-up, Tech/SaaS environment, or international matrix organization. 6 to 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner with significant exposure to Tech, Product, or Operations divisions. Strong business acumen and budget management skills, with the assertiveness to constructively challenge senior operational leaders. Deep mastery of labor law, organizational design, change management, and people management. Pragmatic and data-informed mindset, capable of balancing operational execution (60%) and strategic partnering (40%), while embodying our core values (Simplicity, Dream big, Joy, Community driven). (45 minutes) Interview with one of the HRBP team member to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (60 minutes) Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by our CHRO, Barbara Marazia, in order to assess your technical skills Final interview with our COO Perrine Ferrault to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
