Front Arena Developer & Platform Specialist 100% (f/m/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months, possible extension)

Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are seeking a highly experienced Front Arena Developer & Platform Specialist to drive the development and support of our trading systems. If you bring eight-plus years of Front Arena expertise in Python, AEL, and ACM, along with a passion for solving complex problems on the trade floor, we want to hear from you.

Contribute to the development of our Front Arena installation, interfaces, and tools

• Capture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)
• Provide first-class Front User support (Trading, Midoffice, Risk Office)
• Work on complex problems, experiment with new ideas and continuously learn and improve

• Extensive expertise and deep experience in the maintenance and configuration of Front Arena landscapes (must have)
• Proven proficiency in performance and stability tuning across Front Arena environments (ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH, TAPS, MS-SQL) (must have)
• 8+ years of experience as Front Arena developer in Python, AEL, ACM. ADFL is a plus
• Competence in structured products issuance, trading and life-cycling
• Experience working directly with traders on a trade floor
• Background in Science, Technology, or Engineering
• Solid and clear communicator with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
• Empathetic person with great customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and an enthusiastic teamplayer with a hands-on, can-do attitude
