- Explore your future career 🔭 As our new Client Operations Specialist (Order to Cash) you will join the Client Ops team within the Finance department, reporting to Patricia Legendre . Based in our Paris office, your mission is to take full responsibility for the order-to-cash cycle for our clients in France. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial fluidly and operational excellence as we continue to scale Key responsibilities ✨ Manage the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.
- Drive cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt. Execute precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date.
- Maintain and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools. Optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle.
- Deliver high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries. Experience: You have previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or a B2B platform environment. Technical
