About IRIS IRIS is a French-German Venture and Growth firm with offices in Paris, Berlin, Munich We invest in tech companies across Europe (Exotec, SHIFT Technology, LeanIX, …) We are a Seed, Series A, Late Stage and Growth fund €120M fund dedicated to early-stage launched in December 2022 About the job The analysts help the French early-stage team along the entire investment process of Seed to Series A startups.
The main missions include: Sourcing: source start-ups (data crunch, represent IRIS at ecosystem events such as conferences and pitches) & manage incoming dealflow Analyzing: meet entrepreneurs and evaluate all aspects of the opportunities (market, competition, product, business model, valuation) Learning: deepdive into market segments of your choice to build strong convictions on future trends IRIS’ Analyst Program From your first day at IRIS you will be embarked in a tailor-made program designed and structured to allow you to become a true VC analyst during your internship!
This program includes several phases and modules to ensure your development and helps you shape your internship in your own way (Learn about VC modules, Deepdive workshops, …).
