Aller au contenu Welcome! IRIS is looking for its future Growth Investment Analyst Intern in Paris! This Paris-based 6-month internship starting in July - September 2026 is an exciting opportunity to intern with IRIS’ Growth Investment team. About IRIS IRIS is a French-German Venture and Growth firm with offices in Paris, Berlin, and Munich We invest in tech companies (Exotec, SHIFT, Kyriba, ArangoDB…) across Europe We are a Seed, Series A, Late Stage and Growth fund About the job The intern will help the Growth team along the entire investment process in high-growth European tech companies. The main tasks include: Deal Sourcing & Management: Manage incoming dealflow, source opportunities through in-depth investigation of targeted sectors, manage the internal dealflow tracking tools, attend ecosystem events.
Analysis & Deal Evaluation: Meet entrepreneurs, evaluate all aspects concerning an investment opportunity (market, product, strategy, team, financials, valuation), prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee and conduct further due diligence. Market Research: Prepare deep dives into targeted market segments to build strong convictions on future trends and pre-identify potential relevant investment targets.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MSc from a top-tier university in Business, Finance, or a related field Previous internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A) or strategy consulting Native/fluent in French, with full professional proficiency in English (an additional European language is a plus) Strong analytical and research skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a demonstrated passion for innovation & technology Motivated, curious, and eager to learn about investing within a collaborative team Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we strongly encourage you to apply.
