Job description
InfraVia is looking for an intern to support the Investor Relations Team. The team is responsible for relationship with Limited Partners, servicing as well as product management and fundraising activities. This internship will provide a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-growing high conviction company and to deepen your understanding of private markets and its role in the development of a resilient and sustainable economy.
Joining an established platform with 4 distinct investment strategies and EUR 20+bn of AUM, you will be working closely with the investor relations team of 6 people. This position will also provide a unique opportunity to gain exposure across functions including asset management and ESG. You will have the opportunity to learn about the firm’s investment strategies, products, and clients in a collegial working environment.

Responsibilities
Fundraising support :
- Assist in preparing, updating and/or improving marketing materials in both format and content including track record, performance data, portfolio analysis, investment pipeline, case studies
- Prepare detailed and technical responses in collaboration with different teams across the business to investors in due diligence including Excel due diligence packs, word DDQs and presentations
- Update and manage team databases
- both quantitative financial data and qualitative commentary to be used in response to client due diligence questionnaires
- Client service & Investor reporting:
- Help co-ordinate client reporting processes (annual, quarterly and ad-hoc) working with the asset management and operations teams
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative data to be included in reports
- Support the production of ESG reporting working with the ESG team to understand evolving ESG KPIs, to consolidate the annual ESG data collection campaign and to prepare reporting for investors (both qualitative and quantitative data)
- Additional
responsibilities
- Market research: Assist in mapping the investor landscape, analysing fundraising trends and developing quantitative benchmarking analyses across private equity, infrastructure, natural resources and real estate
- CRM management: Contribute to maintaining the investor database and updating relevant information
Required skills
Strong academic background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and a good command of other Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical, proactive with solid communication skills (verbally and written) and attention to detail
- Interest in and good understanding of the private equity industry and interest in sustainable development and ESG. Previous experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Sustainability team is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- English is a must (French is a plus but not a necessity)
