About the role The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth.

Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Senior Product Control Manager to oversee the financial integrity of our market-making and treasury portfolios. Directing daily independent P&L production, attribution analysis, and balance sheet integrity across market-making and treasury operations

• Spearheading control transformation initiatives, translating complex regulatory frameworks like FRTB into scalable automated controls
• Establishing and refining robust independent price verification methodologies, valuation adjustments, and price testing models
• Partnering with Data Engineering teams to modernise control infrastructure, optimise data pipelines, and eliminate manual workflows
• Advising Treasury, Market Risk, and Financial Control teams on performance, risk exposures, and strategic change roadmaps
• Overseeing month-end close substantiation and external audit engagements What you'll need
• 8+ years of experience in product/valuation control and finance change management within regulated financial services
• Expertise in trade lifecycle mechanics, multi-asset P&L attribution, IPV governance, valuation adjustments, and FRTB standards
• A proven track record of leading large-scale finance transformation projects, control redesigns, or system migrations from inception through deployment
• Intermediate proficiency of SQL to manipulate complex datasets and validate quantitative control models
• Knowledge of technical accounting guidelines for complex derivatives, fair value measurement, and hedge accounting
• Exceptional analytical skills and a structured, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or financial discipline, such as engineering, accounting, or finance
