About the role Join the Design & Delivery PMO team as a PMO Professional, providing governance and delivery support across complex customer contracts in Bristol. This role plays a key part in helping programmes succeed by delivering effective governance, reporting, risk management and assurance that supports high-quality customer outcomes. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve PMO processes while building a long-term career within a growing PMO community.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo Security Clearance (SC) , which requires residency in the UK for a minimum of five years.

Deliver high-quality PMO services across customer contracts, ensuring governance, reporting, controls and assurance activities are consistently applied and add value to delivery outcomes.

Manage programme governance activities including project gating, board governance, reporting cycles, action tracking, risks, issues and dependencies. Partner with stakeholders to define, document and embed effective PMO processes and ways of working across new and existing contracts. Analyse delivery information and produce clear, decision-ready reporting and insights that support programme and leadership decision-making.

Improve PMO effectiveness through continuous improvement, simplification, automation and the adoption of consistent tools, standards and best practice. Essential Skills / Experience Proven ability to deliver project governance, stage-gate controls and board reporting within project, programme or PMO environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work independently, influence others and drive actions through to completion. Ability to create clear reporting and delivery insights using PMO tools and data to support informed decision-making.

Desirable Skills / Experience Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder delivery or customer contract environments. Understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies such as P3O, PRINCE2, MSP or PMQ. Experience improving PMO processes through automation, standardisation or digital tooling. Knowledge of risk management, document control, change management or delivery assurance activities. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
