Join us as an Executive Reporting Lead, Economic Crime Hub
- In this pivotal role, you'll lead the creation of executive-level reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- You'll drive quality and consistency across executive reporting, establishing editorial standards, templates and style guides that raise the bar across the bank
- It's a great opportunity to build influence across multiple business areas, shaping how strategic information is communicated at the most senior levels of the bank
- You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a minimum 2 days per week working from the office What you'll do As an Executive Reporting Lead, you'll own the end-to-end development of high-quality executive reports, translating complex economic crime data and insights into compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making and effective governance. In addition to this, you'll be:
- Coordinating stakeholders across the team and wider business to gather, validate and consolidate critical information
- Translating complex data and insights into clear, concise and compelling narratives for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Understanding and adapting reporting to suit different stakeholder audiences by tailoring the level of detail, language and insights to their knowledge, expectations and decision-making needs
- Collaborating with senior management, programme leads and subject matter experts to gather input, validate content and ensure accuracy
- Reviewing and editing reports for tone, structure, grammar and visual presentation to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ensuring timely delivery of reports, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Coaching creators and contributors to report content in effective report writing The skills you'll need You'll need exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise content for a range of senior audiences. Strong analytical and critical thinking will be central to the role, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of business area processes would be an advantage. You'll also have:
- Strong knowledge of Economic Crime policies, standards, regulations and risk management frameworks
- The ability to adapt reporting to suit different stakeholder audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
