Overview Are you looking to make a broad impact across a dynamic organization, work closely with executives, and grow toward a future Chief of Staff role? As Account Team Unit (ATU) Business Manager, you will partner with the Switzerland three ATU leads to optimize sales team processes and capabilities across Enterprise Commercial, Financial Services, and Public Sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and customer engagement readiness.

Responsibilities

Business Operations, Planning & Change Management Partners with the Swiss Office Team and ATU stakeholders to drive planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate rhythms and integration across the broader organization. Partners with ATU leaders on strategic business planning, providing insights, recommendations, and decision-support to drive business outcomes and organizational priorities. Synthesizes business performance data, market trends, and organizational insights into executive-level recommendations and action plans.

Manages the Rhythm of Business (ROB) motions, including fiscal year planning, business reviews, customer/partner engagement, events (internal/external), and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Sales Excellence, Finance, and other key stakeholders. Collaborates with EMEA and global teams to land programs and initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution excellence. Identifies and advocates for performance improvement actions, working closely with SE&O on resource planning, blueprint optimization, and headcount management.

Supports the landing of the organization’s transformational goals across HR, Customer Experience, Finance, and Business Planning pillars. Promotes ATU identity and culture through the orchestration of town halls, leadership workshops, and team offsites, fostering alignment, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose across the Switzerland ATU.

Builds partnerships across Sales Excellence, Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Success, Communications, and EMEA business management teams to drive execution of key priorities and organizational objectives Drives continuous improvement by capturing and acting on team feedback through platforms such as Employee Signals, Employee Listening, and other feedback loops, ensuring that insights are translated into meaningful actions that enhance team effectiveness and engagement.

  • Executive Leader and Team Communications Executes ATU internal communications strategy and programs. Reviews, supports, and helps to refine work of team members with relevant content (e.g., customer/partner decks, event decks, results summaries, team SharePoint).
  • Customer & Executive Engagement Readiness Partners with account teams and executives to drive high-impact customer engagements through strategic briefing preparation, messaging alignment, executive readiness, and post-engagement follow-through. Supports the development of customer engagement frameworks that drive consistency, impact, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maximizing / Extending the ATU Leadership Team Acts as a trusted advisor to the Switzerland ATU leadership team, ensuring alignment on priorities, decision making, executive follow-through, and organizational effectiveness. Drives leadership team cadence, agenda management, action tracking, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Special Projects, Programs & Initiatives Leads or contributes to cross-team strategic projects that address evolving business needs. Executes hands-on work across multiple disciplines, including strategic efforts that require coordination, analysis, and stakeholder management. Drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • AI Transformation Identifies opportunities to improve team productivity and effectiveness through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process innovation.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND experience in business management experience in field/sales environments and working on rhythm-of-business activities including business operations, business management, finance, or other similar environments

  • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in orchestrating executive sponsor engagement strategies, including briefing preparation, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up accountability to elevate customer impact.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional programs and special projects that drive business transformation, customer satisfaction, and internal process optimization. Preferred

Qualifications

- German (written and verbal) is strongly preferred, to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and support communication across German-speaking markets. French and Italian would be an additional asset. Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 126,000.00 - CHF 231,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
