We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and manage investor services operations specifically within settlements and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing by applying industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, aligned with BNY's strategic pillars and principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and client-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining a robust control framework and risk management practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, encouraging skill development and career growth, in line with the management career track.
  • Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and report findings to senior management . To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in investor services operations or transaction processing (or similar), demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of CASS specifically around CASS 6, 7 and 9 would be desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams preferable with experience leading and managing a settlement and reconciliations team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across various levels of the organization to achieve common goals . BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
