Contract type: Permanent Location: Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 28th September 2026 We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Digital Office In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver detailed business designs, processes and functional requirements that support business needs. You will support small to medium-sized and moderately complex change initiatives, and work with stakeholders and colleagues to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timescales.
About the role
- Deliver business analysis across multiple change initiatives of small to medium size and complexity.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams to investigate operational issues, challenges and opportunities. Identify effective and efficient solutions through improvements to information, technology, processes or organisational structures.
- Work with stakeholders to define the scope, priorities and expected benefits of change. Select and use appropriate techniques to gather and understand business requirements. Analyse processes and data to identify potential options and recommendations.
- Create models that clearly illustrate current processes and desired future scenarios.
- Document business requirements, maintaining traceability and following agreed standards, methods and tools. Define user acceptance tests to help ensure solutions meet business needs. Contribute to the wider analysis practice by sharing your ideas, knowledge and experience.
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. An understanding of business analysis techniques, tools and standards. A good understanding of business structures and key business principles. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to manage your own workload while supporting colleagues.
