Join us as Associate People Business Partner to: enable Team Leads across Electra to make the right day-to-day decisions so their teams deliver and thrive independently coach Team Leads and manage routine People topics across a transversal, international scope (9 countries) work closely with both Senior People Business Partners , bringing in the relevant Senior for complex cases, senior leadership decisions and vertical workforce planning identify patterns across teams and share practical insights that help Senior People Business Partners strengthen their respective verticals, and Talent
Development to define develop and deploy used and useful solutions work closely with People Operations, who provide first-line support and own reliable employee processes, and Talent Acquisition who partner with leaders and managers on recruitment needs 🦸 Your Responsibilities 1) Strengthen leadership - 45% The manager is responsible for making decisions and having conversations with their team.
You use data, business understanding and trusted relationships to help Team Leads build engaged, high-performing teams. You independently coach managers through day-to-day People decisions while involving the relevant Senior People Business Partner when a topic affects a wider vertical or requires senior leadership alignment.
This means: Understanding business priorities, performance challenges, capacity and ways of working so your guidance connects People decisions to delivery Coaching Team Leads to set clear expectations, give useful feedback, address performance concerns and lead change without taking accountability away from them Identifying risks and patterns across your transversal scope, challenging assumptions and sharing actionable insights with the relevant Senior People Business Partner Contributing team-level insights to vertical workforce planning, organisation decisions, engagement priorities and
consistent pay or mobility decisions Knowing when to escalate complex cases, senior leadership decisions or cross-vertical questions while remaining accountable for clear follow-through with the Team

Deploy People projects to Team Leads, such as salary bands, the Career Map and leadership training, so our work is used, useful and easy to apply Strengthen and streamline collaboration across People Business Partnering, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Office teams 3) Handle routine cases and escalate complex risks - 20% Coach and guide Team Leads through routine employee relations topics, such as feedback, early performance concerns, team tensions and straightforward changes, balancing business needs, employee experience and consistency Bring sharp legal reflexes :

You have broad awareness of European employment law and sharp reflexes for bringing in the right internal expert or legal counsel spot patterns across a transversal scope. You turn recurring questions and team-level signals into useful insights for both Senior People Business Partners and the wider People team Even better if You’re confident using several tools in our tech stack, such as Lucca, Teamtailor, Notion, sheets and Claude. You have applied Agile, user research or design thinking practices in the People space.
