Lead the development and delivery of world-class engineering solutions at platform or major system level for a key aerospace and defence clientProvide strategic architectural leadership, assessing client needs and driving digital and sustainable transformation across their value chainBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and CxOs, supporting sales, discovery, and early-stage engagementsShape and win new business by developing technical proposals, influencing requirements, and executing capture strategies for £5m+ opportunitiesSupport delivery teams to ensure successful execution, stepping in to resolve issues and drive programmes back on track where required

Proven experience as a senior technical leader or engineering architect within aerospace and defence at platform or system levelStrong background in digital transformation, engineering architecture, and complex multi-disciplinary solution designDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships in a consultative environmentExperience supporting business development activities including sales engagement, bid leadership, and opportunity growthInspirational and collaborative leader, comfortable operating in a matrix environment with accountability for
