What You'll Do

BCG is transforming Learning@BCG, with the ambition to become the best talent developer in the world. Central to this transformation is advancing how we use data, analytics, and AI to measure impact, personalize learning, and drive strategic talent decisions, while ensuring the financial rigor that underpins every major L&D investment.

This interim Director role provides continuity during a maternity leave for enterprise-wide Learning Analytics.

This is a hands-on role. You will own the analytics agenda & manage the data workstream of our LMS transformation.

You will report to the Global L&D Transformation Senior Director, who reports to the Chief Learning Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise-wide analytics strategy for Learning & Development, co-develop KPIs with the Chief Learning Officer and leadership team, and ensure agreed methodologies continue to be applied consistently.
  • Serve as the Data/Analytics Lead for the LMS transformation project including rebuilding dashboards with the People Analytics team to link to the new data product in Snowflake, performing quality control on new dashboard builds, and partnering with Business Partners to define what new dashboards need to be developed to support the 2030 strategy.
  • Prioritize analytics requests and ensure they are serviced effectively through the People Analytics team; keep self-service reporting operational and accessible.
  • Support the Global Analytics People Team with new dashboard developments/requests, including building mock-ups in Claude and developing a strong understanding of the various underlying data sources to be used in new dashboards.
  • Sustain the learning analytics network across People Analytics and the relationships with global/regional/local L&D teams.
  • Ensure a smooth handover at both the start and end of the engagement, including documentation of decisions made and priorities in flight.
