Description : The Field Operations Digital Development engineer is responsible for development and deployment of digital solutions, in particular myField solution, to serve D&IS Installation & Field Operations across projects worldwide. He/She will be working within the central D&IS Installation team together with all the stakeholders involved in line with the strategic roadmap (IS&T, REGIONS, D&IS Product lins and Functions, ..). Key accountabilities: Participate in the definition of the detailed requirements to upgrade myField solution and for its integration in the Alstom landscape
- Work in collaboration with the Process owners from the Field Operations (Signalling, Infra & Telecom and Turnkey Installation/Construction activities, Quality and T&C) to guarantee the solution remains core and user-friendly
- Support on building the specifications for analytics needs with the support of the myField Program Manager Participate in the deployment by supporting the deployment managers in the region and the Key-users for the technical requirement Help collect, analyse, and share REX about the solution from the various projects, regions
- Support the animation of the communities (Key-users, Deployment PM, Process experts, other digital solutions owner) Update/Provide specifications to update the training along myField upgrades
- Support on the maintenance of communication / reporting tools (SharePoint, documentation) This position can cover other Digital Tools develpment according to future business needs Educational Requirement: Engineering degree in computer technology, process engineering, industrial, electrical or mecanical domain Business software knowledge Basic knowledge of digital services and web applications Experience Requirement: Basic experience in railway field operations (Signaling or Infra Installation Construction Management) Experience in Development & Training of tools
Nice to have
