Description de l’offre

Ed.ai | Remote (US-based preferred, France-based considered) | Freelance / Contract About Ed.ai Ed.ai is an AI-powered grading and remediation platform built for K-12 math teachers. We've grown rapidly in France

  • reaching 10 teacher sign-ups per day through a Meta Ads-only acquisition engine built in just 2 months. Now, we need to replicate and amplify that growth in the US, the world's largest EdTech market. Serving 5,000+ teachers, Ed.ai is looking for a senior growth marketer to build our US acquisition machine from scratch
  • and take it far beyond what we've done in France. The Role This is a senior, hands-on role. We're not looking for someone who manages agencies
  • we want someone who has done this before, who can set up campaigns, create assets, analyze data, and iterate fast. You'll own the entire US lead acquisition funnel from ad creative to teacher sign-up. In France, we've proven the model: Meta Ads with static visuals
  • landing page
  • sign-up
  • activation. The playbook works. But the US market is bigger, more competitive, and requires a multi-channel approach. We need you to take what works, adapt it, and scale it across new platforms with new formats — especially video.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition (Core Focus) Build and manage the US paid acquisition engine across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Set up campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking from scratch Create and iterate on ad creatives — moving beyond static visuals into UGC-style video content (short-form teacher testimonials, product walkthroughs, problem/solution narratives) Manage creative production: script, brief, coordinate with UGC creators or produce in-house Optimize daily for CAC, sign-up rate, and activation rate Funnel & Conversion Optimization Own

the landing page experience: A/B test copy, layout, CTAs, and offers Build and optimize email nurture sequences from sign-up to active user Track full-funnel metrics: impressions

  • clicks
  • sign-ups
  • activations
  • paid conversions Analytics & Reporting Set up and maintain attribution and tracking (UTMs, pixel events, server-side tracking) Build weekly performance dashboards Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations on budget allocation across channels Content & Creative Strategy Develop a US content calendar tailored to the teacher buying cycle (back-to-school, mid-year, testing season) Adapt French marketing assets for the US audience (tone, references, proof points) Source and manage relationships with UGC creators and education influencers What Success Looks Like First 30 days — Setup & first campaigns live Full audit of existing French acquisition setup (Meta Ads account, creatives, landing pages) US Meta Ads campaigns live with initial audiences and creatives Google Ads search campaigns live on high-intent keywords (AI grading, math grading tool, etc.) Tracking and attribution fully set up Target: 5 teacher sign-ups/day from US campaigns First 60 days — Multi-channel & video TikTok and/or LinkedIn campaigns live First UGC video ads produced and tested A/B testing cadence established across all channels Email nurture sequences operational Target: 15 teacher sign-ups/day from US campaigns First 90 days — Scaling & optimization Clear view of best-performing channels, audiences, and creatives CAC targets defined and trending toward goal Scalable creative production pipeline (new ads every 2 weeks) Documented playbook for US acquisition Target: 30 teacher sign-ups/day from US campaigns

startup where you build everything from scratch Strong pluses Experience in EdTech or education marketing Experience marketing to teachers specifically Knowledge of the US school calendar and teacher buying cycles French language skills (for collaboration with the France team) Compensation & Engagement Freelance contract — initial 6-month engagement with renewal based on performance $6K–$10K/month depending on experience and scope Performance bonus tied to sign-up and CAC targets Equity (stock options) possible for long-term engagement Full remote with flexible schedule Travel to France to
