End Closing Date: 1st October 2026 What you’ll shape As a Professional Services Intern, you’ll support our team in creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) - visual prototypes that help prospective customers understand how their brand could live in Frontify. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and gain insight into how Professional Services supports the pre-sales phase.
This role is especially well suited to marketing students who are interested in sales, branding, and business impact — and who have a creative spark.
What you’ll do
- Support the creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
- Help recreate and structure brand spaces based on existing brand guidelines, PDFs, or portals.
- Create visually compelling brand showcases, presentations, and POC materials that support pre-sales conversations.
- Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across POCs.
- Review content and layouts to identify inconsistencies or missing elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team on shared POC initiatives.
- Contribute to improving internal POC templates, guidelines, and best practices.
What you bring
You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communication, Design, or a related field).
- You’re looking for a 50% part-time role alongside your studies.
- You’re interested in how branding, storytelling, and visual materials support sales and business growth.
- You enjoy creating presentations, marketing materials, and visual concepts.
- Quick to adapt to new tools and enjoy figuring out how things work
- You have a creative eye and enjoy structured, detail-oriented work.
- You like learning by doing and are comfortable with repetitive tasks as you build confidence and speed.
- Able to work reliably and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
- You feel comfortable reading and speaking English. Your English doesn’t have to be perfect
- you’ll continue learning on the job.
- You have basic experience with tools like Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar
