Your role

Within Business Technology, our AI & Digital Acceleration team focuses on helping our clients deliver technology transformation programmes for business value and optimise the effectiveness and impact of their IT capability.
We are looking to hire a Managing Consultant into AI & Digital Acceleration to help sell and deliver ServiceNow-enabled enterprise operations transformation programmes and grow the Business Technology portfolio within our clients As a Managing Consultant – Enterprise Business Services & Industry Workflows Transformation, you will help clients digitise, automate and unify workflows across finance, procurement, enterprise asset management and industry-specific operations using the ServiceNow platform.
You will position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise workflow platform that enables operational excellence, business process modernisation and platform consolidation.

Your profile
Core Experience Proven experience in enterprise transformation, business operations or consultingStrong understanding of business process transformation and workflow platforms Experience delivering operational transformation programmes Technical & Functional Capabilities Experience in 2 or more of the following areas: Finance operations or shared services transformation Procurement and supplier lifecycle transformationEnterprise Asset ManagementIndustry workflows (e.g. Telecom, Technology Service Providers)Business process re-engineering and automationServiceNow or other enterprise workflow
platforms Understanding of: ERP ecosystems such as SAP and Oracle Workflow and automation technologies Low-code platforms and process digitisation Consulting & Leadership Skills Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with COO, CFO and Procurement leadership Ability to shape transformation roadmaps and business cases Experience contributing to proposals and sales activities Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate across business and technology teams
