Senior Consultant - Restructuring and Performance Improvement

Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax and regulatory services to bring tailored solutions to our clients. • Support our dedicated core team to 'own' our clients’ challenges and to meet their needs with practical hands-on solutions. These include e.g. performance improvement, strategic option analyses, managed exits, refinancings, legal entity consolidations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and develop insights. Draft input to client reports (e.g. status updates, restructuring options) and prepare financial analyses e.g. to shareholders, financing institutions or regulators.
• Help our team project manage timelines, cost, resources and deliverables and be responsible for tracking.
• Support the growth of our offering by contributing to our business development activities and quality/risk procedures.
• Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive our projects forward and own your own deliverables.

Looking For

• You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and to explain complex matters in a relatable and understandable way. You enjoy orchestrating the path to a solution with many different contributors and working out practical solutions.
• You have a good understanding of financial statements, are confident in working in excel and power point to generate meaningful insights aimed at enabling decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• You are open-minded to join our journey to reshape how we work
• AI is part of how we get things done.
• You have the following

- Master’s degree with special focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law. - 3+ years’ work experience in an area like strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting or similar (at consultant level). - Fluency in German and English with knowledge of financial terminology. Other languages are a plus, preferably French.
