. Job Description In a context of evolution of the department's organization, you will join the Global Compliance Department to become the champion of the compliance of Group's interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Patient and Patient Organizations (PO), as well as manage two collaborators of the team. As the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) , your scope covers Group Compliance processes covering these activities and the digital ecosystem dedicated to these activities.
You are the point of reference within the Global Compliance Department for all healthcare compliance matters, including transparency issues. You will work in close collaboration with the Headquarters and International Business Compliance teams in the implementation of processes and solutions, as well as with the Program in charge of the international deployment of digital solutions, combining strategic vision and operational pragmatism to harmonize practices on a global scale and ensure continuous process improvement.
Main Responsibilities Compliance & Transparency Expertise: Ensure the compliance of interactions with the various applicable regulations (LEA, EFPIA, IFPMA, Sunshine Act, etc.) and supervise transparency processes at a global level. Group Process Governance (BPO): Define, harmonize, optimize, and simplify, where necessary, all processes related to HCP/HCO relations and Transparency for the Group. Guarantee their global consistency and operational efficiency.
Collaboration with Headquarters and International Business Compliance teams and the International Deployment Program: Monitor the deployment of compliance standards and digital solutions by the Program & compliance teams, and ensure change management and adherence by all structures within this shifting organizational framework. The BPO coordinates and leads the community of BPMs worldwide.
Information Systems Steering: Act as BPO in close collaboration with Business Process Managers (BPMs), Functional Administrators, and Technical Administrators for the Veeva Event Management, Engage, ITR tools and any digital compliance or local transparency solution. Decision
Support: Arbitrate blocking points and advise business departments on complex cases of interactions with healthcare stakeholders. Candidate Profile Education and Professional Experience: Higher education (Master’s Degree) in Law, Compliance. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, in an international and matrix environment. Ideally, experience at both local (affiliate) and global levels. Technical Skills (Hard skills): In-depth mastery of international regulatory frameworks (EFPIA, LEA, Sunshine Act, etc.).
Strong interest for IT topics and proven expertise in one or more of the following solutions: Veeva Event Management, Engage, and ITR is an asset. Ability to model and structure business processes. Experience in Project Management. Fluent English is essential. Personal Skills (Soft Skills): Stakeholder Management (Managing stakeholders in an evolving organization). Change Management (Support for transformation). Facilitation Methods (Ability to unite and facilitate decisions). Pragmatism (Results-oriented and focused on concrete solutions).
