Director of Finance & Administration Scope: Finance, Administration, HR & Legal Position context In a fast-evolving environment, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer / Director of Finance & Administration to oversee all finance, administrative, human resources and legal functions , working closely with the Executive Management team.

Finance & performance management

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance in collaboration with external partners.
• Identify, apply for, and manage non-dilutive funding schemes (grants, repayable advances, innovation loans) at local, regional, and European levels.
• Work closely with department heads to optimize spending and identify efficiency levers.
• Support investor reporting and due diligence processes as needed.
• Lead fundraising operations and acquisitions. Administration & compliance
• Maintain and optimize internal administrative processes.
• Ensure regulatory and financial compliance.
• Oversee management tools (ERP, financial tools, HRIS where applicable).
• Manage strategic supplier contracts and insurance policies. Human Resources
• Oversee and implement HR policies, including compensation, variable pay, and benefits.
• Supervise payroll and personnel administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and statutory obligations.
• Support managers on key HR topics (recruitment, performance management, individual and collective employee relations). Legal
• Supervise legal matters in coordination with external legal advisors.
• Secure commercial contracts, partnerships, and corporate documentation.
• Manage legal risks and ensure overall regulatory compliance. Profile
• Higher education degree in finance, management, or equivalent (business school, university; accounting qualification is a plus).
• Proven experience in a senior CFO / Head of Finance role , including HR and legal exposure, ideally in a transforming environment (SME, scale-up, or structuring group).
• Strong command of financial, social, and legal issues.
• Ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.
• Natural leadership, high sense of confidentiality, and strong rigor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a true business partner mindset with top management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
