You can move it

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on F/A-18 and future military aircrafts
  • Carry out inspections, functional checks and testing in accordance with technical documentation
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems
  • Execute technical modifications and change orders
  • Participate in aircraft preparation and return-to-service activities
  • Ensure proper traceability of completed work and maintain maintenance documentation
  • Actively contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement within maintenance operations What you should bring with you
  • Completed vocational training in a (electro-)technical field (i.e. Polymechanic, Automation technician, Electromechanical technician or comparable)
  • Strong interest in aviation and complex technical systems
  • Good (technical) Englishskills a prerequisite (or strong motivation to improve this competence)
  • Good command of either French or German; knowledge of a second national language is considered as plus
  • Category B driving licence
  • Reliable, precise and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Swiss citizenship (due to military/air force related function) Optional but highly advantegous: previous aviatic and/or military jet related experiences( i.e. EASA Part-66 modules, B1/B2 licenses, SAP or other IT-management systems) Salary and fringe benefits Do you repair a Ferrari engine in the blink of an eye?
