Détails de la Mission The GBU Industrial Controller will drive financial performance, transparency, and operational efficiency across the industrial footprint of the C&C GBU, acting as a key business partner to the Global Industrial Director. You will oversee global manufacturing performance, cost and investment management, and the continuous improvement and digitalization of controlling processes and tools. Business Partnering Act as finance business partner to the Global Industrial Director.
- Provide financial insights and challenge industrial performance and operational decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives related to footprint optimization, productivity, sourcing, automation, and manufacturing efficiency. Participate in industrial leadership meetings and performance reviews. Industrial Performance Management Consolidate and analyze manufacturing performance across all plants.
- Monitor key KPIs: manufacturing variances, productivity, material usage/yield, absorption and fixed cost leverage, inventory, and CAPEX tracking. Identify risks and opportunities versus budget, forecast, and prior year. Plant Controlling Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the global plant controlling network, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure consistency in industrial controlling methodologies, reporting standards, and KPI frameworks.
- Drive standardization initiatives and promote the adoption of best practices across all plants. Organize and facilitate regular performance reviews with plant controllers, focusing on results, action plans, and risk management. Forecasting, Budgeting & Closing
- Lead industrial forecasting and budgeting processes at GBU level.
- Support monthly closing activities related to manufacturing and inventory accounting.
- Ensure accurate industrial cost reporting and variance analysis. Challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. Variable Cost Controlling (Raw Materials, Packaging, Energy, Freight & Traded Goods) Prepare and deliver monthly variable cost reports and analyses.
- Coordinate raw material price communication between DAMPE, BU Management, and regional teams.
- Collect, validate, and analyze cost trend data by product and technology; provide annual margin impact assessments.
- Support pricing strategy and policy definition through in-depth variable cost analysis.
- Lead the coordination of the LEAP program (variable cost reduction initiatives) as primary GBU point of contact.
- Support local project owners in quantifying financial impacts; ensure robustness, accuracy, and consistency of savings calculations and reported benefits.
- Coordinate all LEAP-related activities and align with the Adhesives Segment on priorities, methodologies, and reporting. Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
- Drive digitalization initiatives within industrial controlling and reporting.
- Improve automation of reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data analytics.
- Support implementation and optimization of BI tools, ERP systems, and data visualization solutions. Enhance data quality, transparency, and efficiency of finance processes.
Profil Recherché
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in industrial controlling or manufacturing finance within an international multi-site environment.
- You bring strong business partnering, analytical, communication, and influencing skills, along with expertise in ERP systems (ideally SAP), advanced Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
