Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management. Your team: As part of the COO Digital Business Transformation unit you will join the AI Office, which plays a key role in accelerating the bank’s AI transformation.

Working closely with stakeholders across functions, geographies, and business lines, you will help identify high-impact AI journeys & opportunities and drive their successful implementation and value realisation. From shaping strategic priorities and influencing the AI roadmap to ensuring adoption and measurable business outcomes, you will operate at the intersection of innovation, business, and change. During the programme, you will:

• Analyse end-to-end client and business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven re-design and enhanced efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders to re-imagine end to end journeys, challenge assumptions, build compelling value hypotheses, and ensure readiness for implementation
• Support the successful implementation of prioritised AI use cases, ensuring business outcomes are delivered

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English , with additional languages being a plus
