About the job you're consideringCapgemini is seeking an experienced senior delivery leader to lead large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes for strategic clients in the Consumer Goods sector.You will act as a strategic delivery partner to clients, accountable for execution of global transformation programmes across products, platforms, and applications.
You will govern digital delivery, orchestrate cross-domain teams, and ensure resilient, scalable, and secure operations, while shaping strategy, managing risk, and delivering measurable business outcomes.This is a senior, client-facing role operating at executive level, with accountability for multi-million delivery portfolios, delivery excellence, and growth.
Hybrid working: The places that you work day to day will vary according to your role, your needs and that of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client site and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home for 100% of the time. Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery strategy: Translate client strategy into clear execution roadmaps, plans, and operating modelsOrchestrate complex delivery: Align multiple teams, domains, and platforms; manage dependencies and drive joined-up executionOwn governance & performance: Run planning cycles, steering forums, and delivery governance to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomesAct as escalation point: Manage complex risks, issues, and client escalations with pace and confidenceDrive operational excellence: Ensure reliability, scalability, and secure-by-design delivery across the technology
landscape, promoting transformation, engineering excellence and continuous improvement across teams.Optimise cost & performance: Use data-driven insights to improve flow, efficiency, and capacityLead at executive level: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and shape key decisionsEnable growth: Identify and drive delivery-led opportunities across the client portfolio
Your skills and experience
Delivery Leadership:Proven experience leading large, complex global delivery and transformation programmes or portfolios (£20m+)Experience operating as an executive escalation point and senior delivery partnerStrong track record of delivering global technology transformation outcomes at scale, in agile product & platform delivery models Global Salesforce Delivery Expertise:Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes in global organisations, ideally including Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)Understanding of Product & Platform operating
models and Agile deliveryExperience of global delivery models, including onshore/offshore teams Industry Knowledge:Global Consumer Goods experience, ideally with both B2B and B2C exposureUnderstanding of key domains such as B2B and B2C Commerce, Trade Loyalty, RGM/TPM, Retail Execution, Marketing Leadership & Commercial
