Are you interested in gaining comprehensive insight into UBS’s market activities? For our IB Global Markets Legal Team in Zurich / Opfikon, we are offering a motivated attorney an exciting opportunity with the following

• advising the trading department on day-to-day legal matters across foreign exchange, interest rate transactions and precious metals businesses
• supporting management and the business in developing projects and launching new products, including in electronic trading/e-commerce/DLT/blockchain
• handling financial market regulatory matters
• negotiating agreements with clients and market participants
• instructing and managing external counsel in Switzerland and abroad You will work in the IB Global Markets Legal team in Zurich / Opfikon and will be responsible for providing legal support and regulatory advice to the trading departments for foreign exchange, interest rate transactions and precious metals businesses. In this role, you will be in close contact with the various business areas of UBS Investment Bank, the Compliance departments and other Legal teams within UBS in Switzerland and abroad
• completed law degree and Swiss bar admission
• professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company, preferably in the financial sector
• independent, proactive and client-oriented working style
• strong analytical thinking skills as well as a process- and project-oriented approach
• strong focus on practical, implementable solutions
