For our Governance & Policies team within the Central Compliance Department based in Zurich, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team.
Our team acts as central hub for policies and standards and is responsible for maintaining a robust Compliance Risk Framework which is essential for upholding regulatory request, promoting effective governance and ensuring highest standards of compliance across our operations.
Votre mission
Handle third-party due diligence requests incl. the development and implementation of solutions to support continuous improvement of related processes and procedures
- Support Risk Type Owners in Compliance with the implementation of regulatory developments and industry best practices into internal policies and standards
- Support the enhancement and implementation of global Compliance standards
- Participate in key initiatives to set up new methodologies & standards
- Maintenance of the Compliance Risk Management Framework incl. coordination of the Global Compliance Program and regulatory and/or external audits
- Opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders within Compliance and Business and as well as with the Group’s international locations
- Collaborate with partners across all three Lines of Defence and domestic and foreign Group affiliates
Your profil
E
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, compliance, banking & finance, business administration)
- Minimum 3 years of banking industry experience with a focus on conceptional work in a compliance, risk management, legal or audit function in the area of Private Banking. Experience with Policies and Governance is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills in approaching tasks, team-player, proactive attitude, in addition to attention to detail
- Stress-resistant, ability to cope with tight deadlines and deliver independently under time pressure
- Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain sound relationship with stakeholders
