CEPTON Strategies , a European Strategy Consulting “boutique” specialized in the healthcare sector, is hiring business analysts interns for its office in Paris . CEPTON’s team works closely with its clients (French and international pharmaceutical groups, Biotechs, Medtech and Private Equity firms) on various strategic and organizational issues, ranging from growth strategy plans, market entries for new products/activities, to organisational changes under post-merger integration projects.

Our partners have each 10 to 25 years’ experience as former executives in the healthcare area or on large consulting firms (including: Roland Berger, BCG, AT Kearney, Arthur D. Little). CEPTON is a consulting firm offering the advantage to work closely with our clients and partners, to gain responsibilities in a short time via the training you will receive from experienced consultants.

From the start, you will be fully involved in our projects, from the design of proposal to the execution and implementation of strategy advice. Your work will mainly consist in:

• Market analysis (trends, growth, segmentation, sizing etc.)
• Strategic review (biotechs, medtechs, pharma companies, etc.)
• Interviews with industry and biomedical experts
• Redaction of clients’ presentations
• Financial modelling (P&L, resources assessment etc.)

You have a previous experience (not necessary but highly valuable) in Strategy Consulting or in Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Equity, Transaction Services, health tech, etc.)

• You are a student from a top engineering school (X, ENS, CentraleSupélec, Mines Paris, Telecom Paris, Ponts, ESPCI, Centrale Lyon, Supaero) or business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EMLyon)
• You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written); fluency in German or Chinese is highly valuable
• You are motivated, rigorous, autonomous with strong analysis capacity
