Senior Product Manager - H/F

As a Senior Product Manager at WALLIX, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key components within our WALLIX One SaaS platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for one or more WALLIX product lines (e.g., IDaaS, Enterprise Vault, ..). Translate market trends, customer feedback, and internal insights into actionable product requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery. Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement. Contribute to pricing strategy development in collaboration with finance and sales teams, ensuring alignment with market positioning and business goals.

Lead and monitor the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring cross-functional readiness and successful execution from development to launch. Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to validate product direction and gather feedback. Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to inform continuous improvement. Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Zero Standing Privileges, Secure DevOps, and Identity Lifecycle Governance. 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.

Strong understanding of PAM, IAM, or related security domains. Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles in Agile/Scaled Agile environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders. Experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and automation tools is a plus.
