So join us and become our new Senior Program Manager. This strategic position combines program leadership, customer engagement, product strategy, and industrial transformation .
You will play a key role in delivering a major international program while helping transition our business from a project-driven approach to a scalable product platform model. As Program Manager, you will:
- Lead the successful execution of a strategic Earth Observation program for an international customer
- Act as a key interface between the customer and Bertin Winlight teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across optics, systems engineering, AIT, mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality
- Drive program performance in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and risk management
- Contribute to the development of a scalable portfolio of optical payload solutions for future Earth Observation missions
- Support the definition of standardized products, delivery processes, and industrial capabilities to enable future growth
- Define, structure, and secure the program roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and key decision points
- Anticipate technical and industrial risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Significant experience managing complex space programs
- Strong understanding of space systems, with exposure to optical payloads considered a strong advantage
- Experience in Earth Observation, New Space, or satellite systems development
- Proven ability to work across technical, commercial, and program management environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in an international and fast-evolving environment
