What we are looking for
We are looking for a Systems, Cloud & IT Security Administrator to strengthen the operations, security, and documentation of our internal and external environments (SaaS).
This role is part of a highly demanding environment in terms of cybersecurity, compliance, traceability, and quality, aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 frameworks, as part of AFNOR certifications already obtained.
This is not an isolated role covering the entire scope alone: the successful candidate will join an existing infrastructure team of two people, including the CTO, and will also work closely with the quality team, composed of two members.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in the following:
- Administration and monitoring of system environments, internal services, VPNs, employee workstations, and cloud services
- Management of logical access, identities, authentication, user permissions, and security policies
- Administration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Management and monitoring of the employee device fleet (currently ~25 devices): Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Oversight of operational security: monitoring, logging, vulnerability management, hardening, patching, backups, and alerts
- Operation and monitoring of externally hosted environments
- Administration and follow-up of self-hosted services
- Monitoring of security, compliance, governance, and observability tools
- Contribution to incident management, IT risk management, security action plans, and audits
- Contribution to quality, security, and compliance documentation

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on, rigorous, and autonomous profile, with strong experience in systems administration, cloud environments, end-user devices, and IT security (at least 3 years of verifiable experience).
Required Skills
- Professional proficiency in English is required, as most documentation is in English and some interactions involve international cybersecurity teams
- Strong proficiency in Ubuntu LTS environments
- Solid networking fundamentals applied to systems, cloud, and end-user environments: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, network configuration, connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, access management, and security policies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Intune for endpoint security, compliance, and device management
- Experience or good understanding of managing an end-user device fleet (~25 devices): Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Experience with monitoring, logging, backups, and incident management
- Hands-on experience with cloud and/or external hosting environments
- Experience or ability to manage self-hosted services
- Strong cybersecurity culture: hardening, vulnerability management, audits, compliance
- Ability to clearly document technical procedures and associated evidence
