Description de l’offre

  • Position Overview
  • You'll join the Product & Ops team , which includes both a Product team (Product Managers and Product Designers) and an Operations team (CSM, RevOps, and Marketing).
  • In this role, you will own the design of our cybersecurity products end to end: from user research and product discovery to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and shipping alongside engineers.
  • Why now. Stoïk Protect started as a free prevention add-on bundled with our insurance policies. It is becoming an all-in-one cybersecurity platform with paid modules, sold on its own and distributed through MSPs.
  • Our Tech team is structured around tribes . You will join the Security Tribe , which builds Stoïk Protect (the application our clients use to reduce their cyber risk) and all the cyber tools behind it:
  • Technical Risk : external scans, AD and cloud scans, credentials exposure, vulnerability remediation, and the Stoïk Protect platform itself.
  • Managed Defense : MDR/XDR and Email Security: detection, alerting, remediation, and the workflows shared with our internal SOC and CERT teams.
  • Human Security : awareness training, phishing and payment fraud simulations, and the employee-facing app.

This role is fully dedicated to our cyber products. You will not work on insurance or broker topics, those belong to the Distribution tribe.

  • You will be attached to one to two squads of the tribe, with a strong focus on the shared Stoïk Protect experience. Concretely, you'll make sure a client who arrives for a free external scan finds a coherent, guided path all the way to our paid managed services, instead of a collection of tools bolted together.
  • Within the tribe, you'll work alongside:
  • Robin , Lead Product Designer, your peer on the other squads of the tribe. Together you own design across the whole Security scope
  • One PM per squad , your closest partner on discovery and delivery
  • ~5 Software Engineers per squad (Full-stack JS, Python and Go), plus an Engineering Manager and a Tech Lead -

What you'll work on

  • To give you a concrete idea of the scope, here is what the tribe has shipped recently:
  • A self-serve upgrade path on Email Security, letting clients move to the advanced app without going through sales
  • A phishing template studio, so IT managers can build their own simulation campaigns
  • Stoïk Protect for MSPs, opening our tools to partners managing dozens of client environments
  • And what is on the table for the coming months — a good share of which would land on your desk:
  • Sub-accounts, user rights and permissions, SSO to make Protect usable by multi-entity companies and by the MSPs managing them
  • Notifications: deciding what deserves to interrupt an IT manager, where, and how, across every tool
  • From alert to action: full-screen alert details, auto-remediation, and one-click creation of a phishing simulation from a real detected email -

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery
  • Build a deep understanding of our users: IT managers, MSPs, internal CERT and SOC engineers
  • Partner with your PM and Tech Lead to shape pragmatic solutions: simple first, fast to iterate
  • Test early and often with clients, with CSMs, and with our internal security teams
  • Product Design
  • Make cybersecurity legible: our users are rarely security experts, and our job is to make risk understandable and the next action obvious
  • Design for the whole journey: onboarding, first value, day-to-day usage, and the natural path from free prevention tools to paid managed services
  • Prototyping & Shipping
  • Build working prototypes, not just clickable mock-ups with Cursor, Claude Code, or whatever gets a real interface in front of a real user fastest
  • Use our design system in code, and help it evolve from both sides: Figma and the codebase
  • Design Ops
  • Own and grow our design system: components, tokens, patterns, and their parity between Figma and the front-end
  • Keep our Figma clean and legible so anyone in Product or Tech can find and reuse the right thing -

Qualifications

  • Solid experience as a Product Designer, ideally on a B2B SaaS product
  • Comfortable building prototypes with code and AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Figma Make…)
  • Front-end literacy (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) and comfort reading a codebase
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up
  • Ability to work fluently in French and English -

Hiring Process

  • Call with HR (30 min)
  • Call with the VP Product (30 min)
  • Design case with 2 Product Designers: a live exercice made in Figma (1h)
  • Cultural fit with Group PM, Tech Lead, and the founders (4x30 min)
