The Associate’s main responsibilities include:

• Participating in origination, preparing and leading pitches, finding targets and acquirers
• Managing and executing transactional phases, drafting information memoranda and teasers, contacting and monitoring counterparties, etc.
• Financial modelling and analysis: business plan, valuation, structuring, management package, etc.
• Coordinating and managing due diligence and data-room work
• Assisting with negotiations and implementation of closings
• Contributing to the day-to-day running of the team, recruitment and training. Who you are Graduated with a Bac+5 in Finance from a Business School, Engineering School or similar. With at least 2 to 5 years’ experience, acquired within an M&A and/or Transaction Services team, you must be autonomous, dynamic, rigorous and have good analytical and summarising skills. Given the international dimension of Oaklins’ assignments, you must have a perfect command of written and spoken English.
