Your role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Enterprise Data & Analytics practice, you will embed with client teams to turn ambiguous business problems into production-ready AI, data and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with client teams to understand business challenges, operational workflows, user needs and technical environmentsIdentify high-value opportunities and translate business needs into clear AI, data and automation solutionsDesign, build and integrate agents, applications, workflows, data products and AI-enabled solutionsRapidly prototype, test, deploy and scale solutions using code, low-code platforms and partner technologiesDrive adoption, measure business value and continuously improve solutions while contributing reusable assets and accelerators
Your profile
Experience2-4 years of experience building and deploying AI, data, automation or software solutionsExperience in consulting, technology or an innovation-driven enterprise is a plusProven ability to take ambiguous business problems from idea to working implementationExperience working directly with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams Technical skills
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript or similar programming languagesPractical experience with APIs, databases, Git, testing and CI/CDExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft AzureExperience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate or comparable toolsAbility to combine code, low-code platforms and partner technologies pragmatically to build working solutions AI & DataAI-powered applications, assistants or agentsAgentic solutions using Anthropic Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework or comparable frameworksAI-native engineering tools
such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or equivalentLLM-based solutions, RAG, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, evaluation or observabilityAzure-based AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search or comparable servicesData products, analytics solutions, reporting, integrations or automation workflowsPersonal qualitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
