Position Summary The PMO Manager will establish and lead the Project Management Office for a large-scale nuclear fuel fabrication project. This role will provide governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and performance control across licensing, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities. The PMO Manager will ensure strong coordination between U.S.-based teams and international stakeholders, maintaining alignment on schedule, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement PMO processes, governance, reporting standards, and project controls. Develop integrated schedules, cost tracking, progress reporting, and milestone control.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control actions.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and decision-support materials.
- Coordinate interfaces between design, manufacturing, construction, procurement, QA/QC, licensing, and commissioning.
- Support stakeholder management across internal teams, contractors, regulators, and international partners.
- Promote a strong nuclear safety, quality, and compliance culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field.
10+ years of project management or project controls experience on major nuclear, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience on large-capital projects in the nuclear industry; fuel-cycle experience strongly preferred.
Strong command of schedule, cost, risk, and performance management tools.
Proven ability to work in multicultural and international project environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and governance skills.

Qualifications
Experience with nuclear fuel fabrication, MOX, enrichment, reprocessing, or regulated fuel-cycle facilities.
Experience with DOE, NRC, or other nuclear regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models.
