Description de l’offre

Company Description Since 2014, Wiremind has been transforming the world of transport and events through a combination of UX, software, and AI . Our solutions help companies visualize, analyze, distribute, and optimize their capacity, from ticket forecasting and pricing to air freight optimization. With a strong technical DNA and a business model built on software-as-a-service , we bring together engineers and industry experts to solve complex business challenges.

Your Missions 🚀 We’re looking for a curious, organized, and hands-on Revenue Marketing Associate to help grow Wiremind’s PASSENGER suite , serving airlines and ground transport operators. The suite includes CAYZN , our revenue management solution; CAYZN Tracking , our competitive monitoring solution; and PAXONE , our passenger reservation system. As part of the Revenue Marketing team, you’ll help turn marketing plans into campaigns, programs or projects that engage the right audiences, generate qualified leads, and support sales opportunities.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and Revenue Operations, with guidance from senior marketing colleagues. This is an early-career role with room to grow: you’ll take ownership of clearly defined campaigns and deliverables while learning how B2B marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue. You won’t be expected to define the overall marketing strategy or independently manage a large budget from day one. 1.

Campaign execution & demand generation Help execute multi-channel campaigns or programs across all of our channels such as email, LinkedIn, third-party media, paid promotion, webinars, and industry events for PASSENGER products and target markets. Utilise the project tracker to coordinate projects and be responsible for timely asset creation, while keeping deliverables on track.

  • Build and quality-check emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing sequences, or short-form content assets using approved messaging and templates.
  • Support the preparation and execution of PASSENGER account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing Ops, using agreed target accounts and account insights to personalize outreach: Adapt landing page copy, ad creatives, messages, and nurture sequences to target accounts and buying committees; quality-check account-level personalization before launch. Help create and maintain ABM kits and playbooks by use case, pain point, or industry, and summarize account engagement and campaign results to inform follow-up with Sales.
  • Assist with paid campaign setup, monitoring, and testing under guidance, within agreed budgets. 2. CRM, lead nurturing & reporting
  • Coordinate lead handover and post-campaign follow-up with Marketing Ops and Sales, following agreed qualification and routing processes.
  • Support nurturing campaigns that keep prospects engaged throughout longer B2B buying cycles. Track campaign engagement, conversions, qualified leads, and contribution to pipeline using existing dashboards and agreed definitions. Summarize results, identify practical improvements, and help test new approaches. 3. Content, sales enablement & product launches
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content colleagues to adapt approved product messaging into emails, social posts, campaign copy, and landing pages. Help produce and maintain product one-pagers, presentations, customer stories, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Support product launches and feature announcements by coordinating assets, publishing schedules, and internal communication. Gather customer examples, sales feedback, and market insights to inform campaign ideas and content briefs. Keep shared marketing resources organized, up to date, and consistent with Wiremind’s brand guidelines. 4. Events & cross-team coordination
  • Support the promotion preparation and delivery of PASSENGER trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
  • Coordinate invitations, promotional materials, registration tracking, and logistics with internal teams (Event Marketing, Sales) and external partners. Help organize pre-event outreach and timely post-event follow-up with Sales.

Your Profile

🔍 Around 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience , including internships or apprenticeships, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology. We value practical experience and potential, not just job titles. Strong written and spoken English and French , with the ability to write clear, audience-focused copy. Some hands-on experience with email campaigns, events, content, or digital marketing, and an interest in developing broader revenue marketing skills.

Organized and reliable: you can manage several deliverables, pay attention to detail, and ask for support when priorities or requirements are unclear. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic marketing metrics, with curiosity about what drives results. A collaborative mindset and confidence working with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Product. Interest in understanding technical products and the business challenges of passenger transport operators. Prior transport industry expertise is not required.

Nice to have

not prerequisites: Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM and marketing automation platform. Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or web analytics tools. Experience using Canva, Notion, or CMS (content management systems). Experience supporting a webinar, trade show, or B2B lead generation campaign. You don’t need to be an expert in every channel. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and follows through. The Benefits 🤌 By joining us, you’ll become part of: A self-financed company with a strong technical identity.

A caring and stimulating team that encourages initiative, autonomy, and skills development. A learning environment where you can build experience across campaigns, marketing operations, and sales collaboration. Offices in the heart of Paris, on Boulevard Poissonnière. You will also benefit from: A hybrid policy with 2 days of remote work per week and the possibility to work occasionally from abroad. Access to WellPass at a preferential rate. Regular team events, product and technology sessions, and annual off-site seminars. An annual budget for IT equipment.

A partnership with the People & Baby network of inter-company nurseries. The Recruitment Process 🤞 An initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team. A practical case study adapted to a junior profile, focused on campaign execution and interpreting results. A discussion of your case study with the Head of Revenue Marketing and the Content Marketing Manager, and an opportunity to meet the team. Wiremind is committed to equality of opportunity, diversity, and fairness . We encourage candidates from all backgrounds with relevant skills and potential to apply.
