Job Purpose Lead the Front Office’s risk control framework by overseeing operational and supervisory controls, driving compliance, and embedding a risk-aware culture across the organization.

& Accountabilities

• Implement first-level operational controls (transaction monitoring, KYC, screening…)
• Lead the implementation of the supervisory control plan, ensuring full compliance with NBK France SA policies and French regulations.
• Risk Escalation: Drive the identification, escalation, and resolution of anomalies, ensuring RMs take accountability for risk mitigation.
• Design, monitor, and enforce action plans for issues, ensuring sustainable resolutions.
• Identify and implement strategic enhancements to business processes and controls.
• identify, assess and report risks, ensuring they are in line with the organisation’s risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the existence, efficiency and respect of Policies and Procedures.

& Experience

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum Master 1 (or equivalent academic level).
• Basic knowledge of compliance topics (e.g., KYC, AML, regulatory frameworks).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently under guidance.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic reporting skills (e.g., compiling data, drafting simple reports).
