Our technology starts with you. --- Version française À propos de vos missions Au sein du site STMicroelectronics Crolles 300mm, site industriel de haute technologie et fortement automatisé, vous rejoignez l’équipe IT Automation composée de 8 personnes. Vous contribuez au développement et à l’évolution d’applications industrielles et de solutions d’automation au service de la production. Votre rôle s’inscrit fortement dans une logique de gestion de projet, en lien étroit avec les utilisateurs, les équipes techniques et les clients internes. À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à : * Piloter des projets d’évolution, de déploiement et de maintenance d’applications industrielles * Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et parties prenantes * Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques * Coordonner les différents intervenants tout au long du projet * Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des solutions logicielles complexes * Assurer le suivi, le support et la maintenance des solutions en production * Participer aux phases de tests, de validation, de formation et de documentation * Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des processus d’automation Dans un environnement industriel exigeant et en constante évolution, vous interviendrez sur des sujets variés et stratégiques, vous permettant de développer rapidement vos compétences techniques et fonctionnelles. À propos de vous * Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 de type école d’ingénieur, Master ou équivalent, avec une solide base en informatique et un réel intérêt pour la gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel. * Vous aimez piloter des sujets de bout en bout, coordonner différents interlocuteurs et faire avancer les projets dans un cadre structuré. * Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs langages de programmation et appliquez de bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel, notamment :les tests, la simulation, la documentation, l’intégration continue. * Une bonne connaissance de .NET et de l’environnement Visual Studio serait un atout. La connaissance d’outils et standards d’automatisation tels que StationWorks, SmartFactory EA, HSMS, SECS, serait également appréciée. * La maîtrise d’outils de développement assistés par l’IA, tels que GitHub Copilot, constituerait un plus. Plus largement, une sensibilité aux outils de productivité basés sur l’IA serait valorisée. * Enfin, vous faites preuve de bon relationnel, esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie. * Un bon niveau d’anglais est également requis, B2 minimum. English version About the role At the STMicroelectronics Crolles 300mm site, a highly automated, high-tech industrial facility, you will join the IT Automation team, which consists of 8 people. You will contribute to the development and evolution of industrial applications and automation solutions in support of production. Your role will be strongly project-oriented, working closely with end users, technical teams, and internal customers. In this capacity, you will be expected to: * Lead projects involving the evolution, deployment, and maintenance of industrial applications * Gather and analyse user and stakeholder requirements * Write functional and technical specifications * Coordinate the various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle * Design, develop, and further enhance complex software solutions * Ensure monitoring, support, and maintenance of solutions in production * Take part in testing, validation, training, and documentation activities * Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation tools and processes In a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment, you will work on a wide variety of strategic topics, enabling you to quickly develop both your technical and functional skills. About you * You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally from an engineering school or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer science and a genuine interest in project management within an industrial environment. * You enjoy leading topics end to end, coordinating different stakeholders, and driving projects forward in a structured setting. * You are proficient in one or more programming languages and apply good software development practices, including testing, simulation, documentation, and continuous integration. * Good knowledge of .NET and the Visual Studio environment would be an asset. Knowledge of automation tools and standards such as StationWorks, SmartFactory EA, HSMS, and SECS would also be appreciated. * Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot would be a plus. More broadly, familiarity with AI-based productivity tools would be valued. * Finally, you have strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, rigor, and autonomy. * A good level of English is also required, with a minimum of B2 level.
