Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity for development (user stories, use cases) Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal product integration and at client sites Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification Knowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes (e.g. advisory) and related regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG) Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Very strong communication skills in English and ideally Germa Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with an international team-oriented mindset Technical affinity familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs data integration, and system architecture
