🎯 Your Mission

As a Customer Adoption & Productivity Manager, you will support customers after the sales process to ensure successful software adoption, increased productivity and long-term customer success.

You will act as a trusted advisor for French-speaking and English-speaking customers while contributing to the development of our Ohmycare, Training, Coaching and Sprint services.

🚀 Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding after the handover from the sales team

Understand customer processes, challenges and business objectives

• Build tailored onboarding and adoption plans
• Support users in activating and adopting key workflows
• Lead regular customer success reviews through Ohmycare

Identify adoption barriers and productivity opportunities

Conduct technical sessions, design reviews and targeted assessments

• Prepare meetings, document action plans and maintain customer data in HubSpot
• Deliver Training, Coaching and Sprint engagements
• Create guides, articles, videos and best-practice content

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base

Share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal teams

🛠

Good knowledge of CAD, PLM and industrial software environments

Strong understanding of software adoption and change management

Ability to lead technical sessions in French and English

Analytical mindset with the ability to structure action plans

Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot

Experience with Dassault Systèmes solutions is a strong advantage

👤 Ideal Profile

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or a related technical field

2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design using SOLIDWORKS

Previous experience within the SOLIDWORKS ecosystem (reseller, integrator, partner, technical support, training organization or design office) is highly valued

SOLIDWORKS Certifications (CSWA, CSWP, CSWE) and/or Dassault Systèmes Partner Certifications are a significant advantage

Native or fluent French

Professional English (C1 minimum)

Strong understanding of engineering workflows and industrial processes

Autonomous, rigorous and customer-oriented

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✅ Practical Information

Location: Paris (WeWork)

Contract: Permanent Contract (CDI)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation: €36,000 fixed salary + €6,000 variable compensation

Remote Work: Available according to company policy

Travel: Occasional travel to customer and partner sites
