Analyste M&A H/F

Transaction Execution Analysis Perform financial analysis of potential acquisition targets Build and review business plan and financial models Support valuation analyses (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, simplified LBOs) Participate in due diligence processes (financial, commercial), including coordination with advisors and summary of key findings Support BU M&A teams in their deal execution Origination & Market Intelligence Various M&A related researches and analysis Perform sector and competitor analysis Maintain and develop internal M&A databases and benchmarks Internal Coordination Work together with internal M&A teams and internal BU or HQ experts Prepare internal materials: investment memos, due diligence summaries, investment committee presentation and Board of Directors presentations Prepare the Group M&A pipeline dashboard and the Group M&A reporting Education Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a leading Business School or Engineering School Specialisation in Corporate Finance, Finance or M&A Professional Experience ~3 years of professional experience, ideally in Transaction Services activities / Valuation / Corporate Finance department / Corporate M&A environment Strong exposure to financial analysis, due diligence and transaction execution Experience with mid‑cap / small‑cap transactions is highly valued Voir plus
