/ Business Transformation We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to support a major business and technology transformation programme, involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA alongside a number of key business applications and platforms. This is a highly business-facing role, responsible for coordinating the overall testing approach and ensuring that processes, data and systems work effectively together across the organisation.

Own and coordinate the test strategy, test planning and overall testing approach.

• Work closely with the wider Group programme, consolidating test progress, reporting, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end and integration testing across SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business functions.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, resolution, retesting and closure.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and how the different systems integrate.
• Support and train business super users, ensuring they are equipped to participate effectively in testing and support wider adoption.
• Provide clear reporting around test progress, defects, risks and overall readiness for deployment/go-live. Experience Required We are looking for an experienced Test Manager/Test

Lead who has worked on a large-scale ERP, systems implementation or business transformation programme. You should have strong experience across UAT, integration testing, defect management and test governance, alongside the ability to engage confidently with business users, technical teams and senior stakeholders. Experience of SAP S/4HANA would be highly desirable, particularly where SAP has been implemented alongside multiple integrated business applications.

The successful candidate will combine strong test management capability with the ability to understand the end-to-end business journey, helping users understand how different systems and processes come together rather than focusing on individual applications in isolation.
