- Crystal BU Intern for a 6-month internship starting in March 2027. Your key missions: 1.
- Support business performance reporting & financial analysis:
- You will consolidate & analyze both sell-out and sell-in P&L performance of the Crystal brands (mainly Havana Club, Gins & Apérétifs, RTDs) and track financial KPIs.
- You will support the preparation of monthly Business Reviews, including updates on industry developments.
- You will support the A&P monitoring & forecasting 2.
- Support market analysis & collaboration with affiliates
- You will gather insights from market companies to understand performance drivers.
- You will support the ongoing group financial cycles, including month-end and year-end close, risk & opportunity (R&O) tracking and mitigation plans and rolling forecast processes
- Contribute to business cases & financial scenario modelling - You will assist in financial analyses for new product developments (NPD), portfolio changes, and market expansion. - You will help assess NPD profitability and volume/margin scenarios
- Contribute to data management and process optimization - You will help improve analytical tools and reporting processes. - You will support data consolidation and quality checks across various sources.
